As Resolution #1 states, I’m on a quest to explore new recipes more often. When fall comes around, one of my favorite things to make is chili. Of course, the standard chili is something along the lines of beef, tomatoes, and beans. Last year, I stayed true to this with this recipe from my friend Linda at Giggles, Gobbles, and Gulps. In an effort to find creative ways to spice things up, I found a Thanksgiving-esque spin to basic chili.
In the spirit of all things fall, this recipe is basically the motherload of all recipes. If you’re like Kate and me, you’ve been counting down the days to Thanksgiving for weeks now. Well fortunately, this recipes includes turkey and pumpkin pie spice; and it’s perfect for a gathering. It was gobbled up this weekend before any pictures could be taken (as always… making it very difficult to food blog), but the blog it’s inspired from has some #foodporn worthy snapshots.
